Larry has served Ellis Baptist Association for over 25 years. He began as the Missions Coordinator for the old Trinity Brazos Baptist Area (Ellis, Johnson, and Paluxy Associations) for the first ten years and in 1994 became Executive Director of Ellis Baptist Association.  He is a graduate of LeTourneau University in Longview as well as Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth. He served First Baptist Church in Waxahachie as Minister of Missions/Evangelism during his seminary years.  He is married to Yvette. They have three sons, three daughters-in-law as well as two grandsons and two granddaughters. Larry is a past president of the Texas Associational Directors of Missions Network and Chairman of the Church Missions Sending Fund of the Baptist General Convention of Texas.  He has authored articles for Net Results magazine..

Marni came to Ellis Baptist Association as Ministry Assistant in January 2006.  Marni has a BA in English from Tarleton State University.  She is married to her college sweetheart Dane (a Youth Operations Detective for Dallas Police Department) and they have 2 daughters, Lindsay and Peyton.  Marni enjoys working with teenagers and college students and has worked with youth and co-leads a college small group with her husband at their church.  Marni is also passionate about working with the homeless and delights in a ministry her family and close friends have with shelters in Dallas.  She also loves being a volunteer with the Ellis Christian Women's Job Corps and Women's Missions Union.  Marni also loves ministering to children (and their families) with cancer.  She is an active volunteer for the Children's Cancer Fund (DFW Chapter), Make A Wish (North Texas Chapter), Candlelighters (Texas Chapter) and Chemo Angels.

Bob has been the Ellis Baptist Association treasurer since 1992, but he has been with the Leadership Team of the Association for more than 40 years.  Bob is a retired Manager of Budgets and Accounts for TXU which thoroughly qualifies him to handle the money aspects involved with Ellis Baptist Association!  Bob and his wife Betty have been married more than 50 years and have 2 grown sons and 5 grandchildren.  Bob is a deacon, a Sunday School teacher and a Trustee at First Baptist Church, Waxahachie where he and Betty have been members for more than 50 years. 

Armando came to Ellis Baptist Association as the International Associate in September 2006.  Armando came to the United States from Honduras as a missionary in 1983.  Armando and his wife Aurora have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren.  Armando is an ordained minister and has a degree in Theology with an emphasis in Church Planting.  Armando has pastored 4 churches in his career in full time ministry which has spanned more than 25 years.  Since moving back to Honduras and beginning his ministry with the Lenca Indians in late 2006, Armando has planted more than 12 house churches, begun dozens of weekly Bible study groups in several different villages, and has held 3 major training sessions for new pastors.
