ECDRT Clean Out Team Deployed to Dawson, TX
On June 10th, Dawson, TX received 14 inches of rain in less than 24 hours. A few homes in Dawson were flooded with up to 2 feet of water.
Ellis Christian Disaster Relief Team was deployed to help flood victims.
A team of ECDRT volunteers and members from Cowboy Church of Ellis County have spent several days helping families box up items not destroyed in the flood as well as removing wet sheetrock and any other materials that could grow mold if left unattended.
A special thank you to ECDRT Clean Out Unit leader, Bob Crane and volunteers Dave, Jim, Bill, Oliver, Mary Bess, Rebecca, Tim and Bro. Dean Craig (of CCEC) and his students Colten, Cody, Cody, Dustin, Garrett, Holly and Logan, for serving God, the people of Dawson and the ECDRT in the flood relief efforts.
